I’ve been visiting this auto repair shop for over five years now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to listen to my concerns. Just last month, I had a major issue with my transmission, and I was really worried about the cost. They provided a detailed estimate before starting any work, and I appreciated their transparency. Not only did they fix the problem effectively, but they also did it ahead of schedule! I especially love how they give a follow-up call a week later to check on how my car is running after service; it shows they really care about their customers. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I sometimes find it tricky to schedule appointments during peak times, but the quality of the work always makes it worth it. I had a flat tire and was really panicked about getting it fixed quickly. A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad they did! The team was super friendly and got my tire replaced in record time. I loved that they took the time to explain what caused the issue and provided tips on how to prevent it in the future. My only tiny complaint would be that the wait time for a Saturday morning can get a bit long if you don’t come early, but it’s worth it for the quality service. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!
